Right now it is on hold due to an initial "No" from someone concerned about safety issues. But it may happen. May not happen for months but I have good people helping me.

Swimming across the GSL would be crazy - not because of the distance, but because of the nastiness factor.. . but then again, you did swim in the Potomac! ;-)
If you want to run around the GSL and want company, I'm game. I should be in town June 6 for some CLE.

You could swim from the causeway to the north or south shore.
