311 miles

A little bit of a milestone for me today. For the first time ever, I went over 300 miles in one month breaking my previous high of 290 set last month. In a month with one less day, I ran 311 total miles. Nothing groundbreaking or Earth-shattering but I am pleased.

Now comes July with much racing and hopefully many PRs.

That's a lot of miles! Makes me feel bad about the 68 I ran in June that I was feeling good about!! :)

Nice going Dane!

Kathy,

You should be extremely proud of your mileage. Just last year I had never broken 200 miles in one month. I am very proud of your 68 miles!

Thanks Alan! Hope you are well.

That is INTENSE and quite impressive. Congratulations!

My shins/schedule/motivation hardly get me to 50 miles per month when I'm not training for something... My all-time high since I started keeping track is 80. I couldn't imagine 200, let alone 300.

Currently scheduled for months of 118, 160, 163, 130 leading up to and including MCM. This should be interesting...

Nice going, Dane. 311 miles in a month is quite impressive.

Just wanted you to know that the temps have been cool with lots of rain here in western NY state - just in time for the humidity to catch up for the Presque Isle Half - which I am going to actually get too run this year. I am sure you will miss it.

And I almost forgot that I hate you (;))since you will be running one of my most favorite races of all time - Falmouth. Good luck - it is a great one. Remember that there is one last hill.....

Sure do miss the humidity! Or not.

I have mapped it out already. You expect less from me? : )
