Official Drake Well Marathon Sponsor

I am happy to announce that the Drake Well Marathon has an official sponsor. The sponsor for this race for the next two installments is one of the companies I have steadfastly supported for about as many years as I have been running and definitely for as long as I have know that company existed. I could not be more pleased to have ROAD ID as the official sponsor of the Drake Well Marathon.

For those who are unaware, ROAD ID is an identification system for runners that we hope we never have to use. However, for the peace of mind of our loved ones, you owe it to yourself to be wearing ROAD ID. In fact, as you know, I am in my final push to make my $52,000 raised goal for L'Arche Mobile with the Energizer Keeping Going Award (click here to vote) you should also know that for three years ROAD ID has supported my mission as well by donating some of proceeds of ROAD IDs purchased from the Fiddy2 site to L'Arche Mobile. If you haven't ordered yours, now is the time.

Run with security knowing that if anything were to befall you, you could be taken care of immediately - even if you weren't conscious to tell those who wish to help you who you are or what you need!

With just 3 weeks to go until registration closes for the Drake Well Marathon, I hope to see you there and help grow what will be one of the greatest small-town marathons in North America. With Road ID throwing its support behind the Drake Well Marathon, it is hard to imagine that it will go anywhere but up!

Congrats, Dane! This is outstanding news. Much deserved as I know how hard you work to put all of this together.

It was one of the highlights of my Mammoth time to be able to hang with and run with you. Thanks again for coming out to break up my hermit-ship...

That is great news.

I never run or ride without my Road Id. I have worn mine for years. I don't leave home without it.

Congrats on having such a great company as an official Drake Well marathon sponsor!
